Overview#

EffortLogger is a meeting log management system that allows users to create, store, and analyze detailed meeting records. Users log in and create a meeting log by providing key information such as the project name, lifecycle step, deliverables, keywords, and a description. The system tracks the duration of the meeting from start to finish and stores the log in a database. Users can search for and update previous meeting logs, making it easy to manage and retrieve historical records. Additionally, the system uses the keywords provided in each log to identify similar meetings and estimate their duration, offering valuable insights for planning and time management.

Why#

Meetings often take up significant time, yet many organizations lack tools to analyze their efficiency or predict their duration. By developing this system, I aim to provide a practical solution that not only helps users track and manage their meetings but also offers insights to improve future planning. The ability to find similar meetings and estimate their duration adds a layer of predictability that can reduce wasted time and improve productivity.
